Vanessa and I had an amazing time roadtripping through Washington’s National Parks! Driving is a breeze with light steering, back-up camera, CarPlay infotainment system, and excellent front visibility. Camping is also pleasant with plenty of headroom, fully-stocked cupboards, and comfortable bed. Collette and Brian were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a full tour at pick-up plus recommendations for camping and hiking. The one downside: I personally had issues accessing the internet with StarLink. Collette worked with me while I was out, but we weren’t able to get it fixed, and she wasn’t able to replicate my issue. Overall, I highly recommend Vanessa for making memories in the PNW!

First, Colette and Brian were so easy to work with and helpful! Brian was thorough and friendly during the check-in and check out. Very easy to talk with and made some great recommendations.
As for VAN-essa, she was exactly as she was described. She was clean, well maintained, and provided enough comfort to allow my wife to survive camping. We went out to the gorge for the weekend (LaborDave!!!) and drive out and explored Mt. Rainer. She handled it like a champ. We are already planning for next year.
We highly recommend Colette and Brian and VAN-essa, just not when we want to rent her. Seriously, great people, great rental!

Collette and Brian were excellent communicators. They gave us a thorough tour to start our trip which made us feel confident going into our week long stay in the van. They were also easily reached during our trip to answer our few questions. We found the van to be comfortable and more spacious than expected! It was a smooth driving experience, and having the generator and Starlink made us feel like we could set up anywhere! We cooked in the van most nights, and found it to have plenty of storage for food stuff as well as our own belongings. There were screens on all the windows to let in a breeze, and we felt comfortable and secure each night closing up all the window with the provided covers. We each enjoyed having the shower and toilet on board. We found the controls for the van to be intuitive. We’ll never forget how lovely it was to wake up in Vanessa at Kalaloch campground to the sound of waves, overlooking the beach. We would absolutely rent Vanessa again, and highly recommend to anyone who wants a smooth ride and a comfortable place to rest.

Incredible time taking this van all over the west coast. We definitely plan on buying one for ourselves. The generator and toilet and shower were clutch, and our kiddo absolutely loved the top roof tent, which had way more space than I thought it would. Starlink drains a ton of battery so don't expect to be running it more than an hour or so a day in spurts when you need it, but for my work when I needed to rush soemthing, it worked super well. There are a few maintenance issues which they were up front about, small things, nothing big (bug screen/zippers/etc). But the van was a stellar deal and I'll almost certainly be buying one of my own.

We never used a camper before and it was perfect for getting in and out of Olympic NP. Size is good for two people and the owners outfitted this camper with Skylibk which was much used to do work. The owners were great to work with and the camper has all the things needed.

My wife and I rented for our wedding anniversary and were thrilled by the experience. The owners have a great system in place to onboard customers to the vehicle and a detailed manual for any questions along the way. The vehicle worked flawlessly!

What a wonderful experience with a great vehicle, and super communicative host. The vehicle has everything we needed for our family trip! Collette was very flexible with our pickup and drop-off, which we appreciated during our travels. We hope to be back!

We had the best family trip to the Redwoods! The van was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. Our kids loved staying in the pop-top area. Collette and Brian were extremely helpful and flexible with pick up and drop off. We hope to rent VANessa again!

I absolutely loved my time with Vanessa! I rented her for a week and spent three days at The Gorge for Griztronics, and it was the perfect setup. Being able to show up and have zero camp setup was such a luxury. The private bathroom, generator, and air conditioning were lifesavers—especially when temperatures climbed one afternoon.

We had a great experience in VAN-essa, our first several day trip in a camper van! Collette and Brian were so helpful from answering our questions before rental, being flexible and working with our schedules to show us the van features, and being understanding when our schedule was affected by flight delays. We really appreciated them being available for any questions and the excellent instructions both in person and printed for us. VAN-essa worked perfectly for our several day work-related travel. We had everything that we needed to enjoy meals and time together, for my husband to work remotely, and were cozy and well rested. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to enjoy exploring more areas in VAN-essa, something we're hoping to do in the future. Thanks so much for a great experience!
