Overall Experience: Barb and Lyle were great hosts. I would rent their Class A RV from them again. Their RV was clean, everything was working correctly, and they had it ready to go when we showed up. Thank you for allowing us to explore the world of RVing. We had a wonderful trip that the whole family loved. They were super flexible and willing to work with us as first-time RVers. Even though we had never had an RV experience, they were willing to teach, coach, and mentor us. After some excellent training, we were off on our trip. They also provided a how-to guide in case we needed a quick reminder.Additionally, they were very fair in their rental prices. Like other RV rentors, they didn't try to overcharge us or hide fees, such as high insurance costs. Some other RV rentals require as much insurance charges as the rental itself (I assume other rentors are pocketing those extra "costs" to double their rental income). That does not make sense and drove us away from renting from other rentors.They also allow for additional add-ons, such as fueling the RV, dumping the tanks, and other options if you don't want to do it after your trip.They went the extra mile by creating a how-to guide, providing training on their RV, and including everything you need for a trip (e.g., foldable chairs, tables, grill, etc.).Also, they were flexible on the return time. This gave us a few more hours to visit the NC Zoo.
