About Melody's RV rentals
My wife, Megan, and I are both firefighters in Austin, TX. We've got two senior dogs. They don't adventure much with us on account of their age, but I think they're okay with that. We're always looking for an excuse to take the van out. Anything from a long road trip, an overnight for a concert, or a weekend at a state park. It's hard to choose a favorite trip- really anywhere that has some good hiking trails makes us happy!

First, I want to start off by saying the communication between Melody was awesome! She was extremely flexible and kind. Renting a van and road tripping up north for our families cabin tradition had been something we had on our bucket list and this van was perfect! It had every thing and more that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mosquito net they had on each of the doors was the cherry on top! It was an unforgettable trip. Thank you!!

Our trip was so incredible thanks to this rad van and Melody's detailed instructions when we picked it up. She walked us through the well-stocked drawers and storage and showed us how to use all the equipment. There is a detailed notebook in the van that also covers these things in case you forget on your trip. We had everything we needed to make our week-long trip a great success. It was such a comfortable, cozy space at camp and easy to drive. We would highly recommend renting from Melody if you are in the area!

The Panda was an easy, comfortable drive. It has everything to make your trip hassle free. Melody was very helpful with this being our first time to rent a camper van. She also was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Definitely helped us being able to relax and enjoy the experience.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Melody! The van is super cute and has everything that you could need. The bed is actually very comfortable - I slept great on it. Also, the van is surprisingly easy to drive. I was a little nervous about driving it because I drive a very tiny car, but it drove really well and I ended up feeling quite comfortable with it. I definitely recommend this van (and renting with Melody - she is great!).

I rented the panda van for a 10 day adventure for just me and the dog. We drove across Texas and New Mexico and it was the best vacation I've had in a long time. This van is better equipped than some Airbnbs I've stayed in. I made delicious meals, slept in the forest in the rain, and took hot outdoor showers with their thought-out setup. The van was easier to drive than I expected. Melody was a wonderful person to rent from. She and Megan dropped off the van, gave me a tour, and responded to any questions I had on the trip. I totally destroyed the sheets (the dog + mud + sharp claws), and they just charged me for the bottom sheet which I thought was very reasonable. The main issues I had on the road were solved by van life apps (like where to park, where to get water). This is a great, easy place to start if you want to go on a long or short vacation in a van.
