Ernie’s communication was awesome - lots of tips and advise and extra accommodations for pickup/drop off to maximize our trip to Birch Bay.

Ernie was great, was tremendously helpful during pickup and dropoff, and was readily available during the trip for questions. The trailer was perfect for first-timers, easy to tow, easy to backup into a spot, and the right size for our family with a toddler. Although we were prepared ourselves - Ernie provided everything needed along with the trailer to have a nice day out at camp without issues - chairs, solar backup, tools to setup the trailer, etc.

This was our first time renting on Outdoorsy and it was a great experience! The owners were incredibly helpful. Easy pick up and drop off. Great communication.

Awesome first camping trip! Our 3 kids loved it. Earnie was great in walking us through everything in the camper, and also sent us videos for setup and take down. The RV was clean and super well equipped. Everything just worked. Will definitely rent from him again.
