We booked this van for a Road Trip trough Canadian National Park and it was perfect !
Everything you need is in this van, people in camping were watching us setting up our camp in 5min.
Ying and his son are really nice and easy to join.

Nice van, great design inside. Very convenient. Confortable to drive, not to big. Enough space inside to sleep. Ying and his son are very helpful.
Just be careful, it says 200 miles per day, but it’s actually in kilometers. Anyway, it was a perfect trip for us in the Rockies!

Have no hesitation in booking this van, it is an excellent set-up, the roof tent is really easy to use (and comfortable!) and even has decent fuel economy. The fridge works great. I would book it again!

Everything went well, car and rooftent as in the photos and description, everything very functional and new, good mattresses, enough space for luggage and food. The van was comfortable to drive, we loved the tempomat and seat heater after a rainy walk in the forest.
We were happy to meet our host Ying Ki Wong, heart- warming, humerous and friendly contact, questions we had he answered immediately.
We really enjoyed our 3 week trip,

We rented Ying Ki's grand caravan for a big 27 day road trip across British Columbia, and had an amazing experience. The car offers all the confort of larger vans packed in a smaller car that's a pleasure to drive around, both on long stretches and in cities.

Ying was flexible in the dropping off location in Richmond and the car worked well for a four day camping trip. The van lacked some amenities that we have become used to on previous camper rentals, like plates, cups, cutlery, a bottle opener and pillows. Their absence was explained through hygiene reasons, but we had to buy all those items ourselves at moderate expense due to our trip being a backpacking one. We left the cutlery in the car for future renters. We were also a bit uncomfortable discovering an Apple air tag in the vehicle, but I imagine more modern cars have this feature built in.

Thank you for the honest review, John. We apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced during your trip and we will make sure to improve on areas we are currently lacking such as supplying plates, cups, and cutlery. However, we have listed in our description that we do not supply any pillows for sanitary purposes but we will make sure to emphasize that to our next customers. As discussed and explained to you when the vehicle was returned, we have had terrible experiences where our rental vehicles were stolen with no attached GPS. Outdoorsy has its own subscription services to locate your vehicle via GPS, so we have simply decided to go with the simplest route. I apologize for making you feel uncomfortable, but the Airtag is our best option for keeping track of our vehicle.

This RV is the real deal. Has all the basics you need, tent easy to setup, good size to make your roadtrip nice and easy.
Ying and her family were very flexible with pick-up and drop off times, and gave us a nice demonstration on how the equipment worked before we left for camping.
Would recommend renting this beauty!
