We rented this 27' travel trailer for two nights and had a great experience! The trailer was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our getaway. Christine, the manager, was wonderful to work with. Anytime I had a question she always responded quickly with helpful information. Her excellent communication made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

The RV we rented was delivered with a full gray water tank. With barely any water usage, the kitchen sink began filling up and would not drain. We had some success with a plunger (borrowed from the campground) and thought that maybe something had gotten down the drain despite having the strainer in it. Later, taking a shower, the tub started to fill up. We thought maybe the drain was slow and turned it off, but the water never drained and eventually started to smell. Talking to the owner, he mentioned that you can't trust the tank gauge so I guess there was no way to know in advance whether or not the tank was empty. He also acknowledged that maybe his guy "forgot" to dump the tank before delivery. We were supposed to stay 3 nights in the camper and ended up staying 2 since even after they sent someone out to do something about it (we never saw anyone) the sink still continued to fill up without draining. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. We should have just went with one of the cabins at the campground for a similar cost and less hassle. The icing on the cake was the owner withholding $50 from the security deposit for a water disposal fee.

Dylan and Chris were very easy to contact and work with. Delivery right on schedule and Dylan placed right where we needed. Camper although older was in excellent condition and taken great care of. Very clean and organized with everything we could need. Thanks for the great service and we will rent again from Tri-State.

We had the best experience with Dylan! He was very helpful and communicative. The camper was beautiful and just has described. Delivery, setup and pick up were smooth. This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy and would definitely recommend Dylan as a host!

This was the perfect floorplan for our family. Having 2 separate bedrooms and a bath and a half gave everyone their space. The kitchen area was spacious. Camper was very sturdy and everything worked as expected.

Great camper, great service! We asked Dylan to deliver the camper to Summit Point Motorsports Park for a Thursday evening dropoff at the Shenandoah paddock, when the front gate opened at 6:00. He got it all set up very quickly and we enjoyed it until he picked it up about 4:30 on Sunday afternoon.
