I believe the majority of my issues during our week of camping had to do with this just not being the right camper for our family of 6. We have two older kids and two younger, so sleeping arrangements just weren’t the best for us and the fold out couch was not comfortable to sleep on.I also don’t want to downplay the very large area of water damage right at the entrance into the camper. I was a little frustrated that this wasn’t included in the posting, especially having the size family we have with everyone walking in and out multiple times every day. This was communicated with us once the camper was delivered, but at that point, it was a little late to try and find a different option that I was more comfortable with for the week.

Amber was very responsive to messages in a timely manner, which we greatly appreciated. We were camping close enough(Traverse City) to be able to pick-up and drop-off the camper with our own truck and Amber waived the delivery fee. We also had some damage from our dog and she was super understanding about it.The camper had plenty of space for our family of five and two dogs. It was nice that the living area had two slide outs. We are experienced travel trailer campers, so we didn't have any issues with setting up/closing on our own. It was very nice to have some of the basic amenities that we didn't have to pack on our own. (Toilet paper, paper towel, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, dish soap, etc.)Rating a four star instead of a five due to the following. The camper had some water damage to the floor and slide out when we received it. We were very worried that we were going to make the damage worse. We do understand that this happened right before our scheduled trip. Hopefully they're able to fix the issue.
We weren't able to get the DVD player to work, which was a bummer on a couple of rainy days we had. The cords needs to be updated or switched. We tried multiple connection possibilities and couldn't get the picture to show up on the TV.
