The trailer was clean and easy to set up. Justin was very flexible with the pick up and drop off times.

The deleverage was 45 minutes late when I called customer service to find out how to reach the host directly. He apologized that a family emergency had caused him to miss the time and then said he would deliver 4 hrs later which I accepted. He was still an hour late. Everything else went fine. Camper was as described. We did enjoy staying in it. He let us know at delivery that he forgot the gas can and asked us to fill the generator up and replace the propane tank before returning it. I don’t know if that was supposed to be part of it or not. I got lucky since someone I knew there had gas I was able to buy without paying $70 for a 5 gallon gas can. My complaint is that he didn’t keep me informed when he was late. If he had left a message on outdoorsy before it was time that would have helped. Instead I had to find a way to get ahold of him. If he improves his delivery times and communication then he would deserve more stars.

First time camping with all five members of the family, and the camper did its job. Super enjoyable
