Booking #11816089. Delivery on 2/5-2/11 with significant, non-functional, essential systems. Batteries were non-functional and the heater did not work upon delivery. The lack of heat/power made the trip very irritating and uncomfortable. Wife returned home early after two nights due to discomfort and annoyance. I was in contact with the owner, Dallin, about the problem via text message on 2/7. Friends at the campground who were travel trailer owners helped diagnose the batteries as having a resting voltage below 11V. I used my solar panels to charge the batteries for two days in full sun but the batteries could only hold a 12%charge. Dallin was friendly and polite but unable to resolve issues. He stated on 2/10 he would contact Outdoorsy.com for a refund on my behalf.

Everything was good, except need some tire changing tools in the trailer and a bottle jack in case of a tire failure. Like we experienced. Otherwise everything was fine. Dahlin did come through on helping get the tire replaced, so overall it was a good experience.

Dallin was amazing to work with. Great communication, flexible, available and super friendly. The RV was great too. Lots of amenities (spices, dishes, bedding, toiletries, etc..). This was our first time ever in an RV and he helped make it a wonderful trip. We’d definitely rent from him again!!

Our experience was great. "The Bueller" was just as advertised. Dallin was very helpful, responsive, and delivered and picked-up on time. The trailer was well appointed too and suited our needs perfectly. We'll definitely consider renting "The Bueller" again for our next adventure!

In the seven years that I have been renting this is the Best trailer that we have rented! It started with meeting Dallin and his lovely wife Lauren. The walk thru was great, the interior layout was very nice. It came with everything, if you forgot your toothbrush,soap,shampoo they had you covered. The unit had plenty of water to dry camp for 5 days. The best of all the heater ran all night for five nights in 35 -40 weather without losing battery power. GREAT UNIT hope to rent next year for my 21st annual 50th birthday!

My wife and I had the most incredible time with The Bueller and Dallin went above and beyond as our host. We camped at The Lost Dutchman with groups of friends and family and the RV was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during dry camping including hot water, heat, all the tools and utensils we needed to cook and camp. I even asked Dallin if he had a flat top cooktop to rent and he personally let us rent his own which we couldn’t have imagined cooking without it.

Dallin was a nice and informative host very easy to communicate with. Upon delivery of the RV, he went over everything with the RV. We had a great week staying in the RV it was a nice rental experience. Will definitely rent from him again
