This was so easy. Austin was great and went through everything I needed to know about towing a camper, how to hook it up to the car, troubleshooting, what to do at camp etc. (It was my first time towing a camper by myself) She explained it all is such a calm and no-stress way that it really helped me relax around the experience. Yes there are more things to consider, and more points to check and double check, but it went smoothly - just take your time. The moonpop itself is simple to put together and tear down and everything worked just fine. thank you Austin!

Great host. Super helpful airstream. We used it for a sleeping pod during the holidays. Fantastic drop off and pick up.

There was a completely unforeseen mechanical failure the day of pickup. Austin apologized, initiated the refund and offered 2 days free at at future date. We can’t control unforeseen events but we can always control our response to them and Austin delivered 100%.

We used the "Moonwalk" trailer for our wedding weekend, for an extra room at the house and to get ready in during our park wedding. It was just what we needed, and so cute too! Austin was super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience.
