My son picked up the trailer from Whitney. She was friendly and professional. His only complaint was that the water tank had not been filled. Had he not asked about it, we would have spent the weekend with no water. She told him that most people did not want it filled and they did not want to tow the extra weight. It would have been nice if she had asked us if we wanted it filled, before we picked it up.

We had a great trip with the trailer. Was a little dusty but overall was very clean.

It is a great little camper but not great for back country camping. If you are plugged in, you will have no problems. We brought a generator and a little buddy and that kept it going for our trip. Angela is super easy and great to work with. If we were going to hit up a plug in site, I would use again. But for back county camping, i would recommend getting a heater and generator to take with you. Would recommend working with Angela though. Super responsive and great to communicate with . Made the rental an easy experience for sure!
