The 4 star for value is about fees attached to website, not these hosts—who were perfect! Very friendly, tailored information to our experience level, and accommodating of our time frames and needs. The camper was exactly as described, very clean, beds made up with good quality, comfortable sheets and blankets, thoughtful touches like 4 camp chairs we could use. I don’t think the camper would sleep 6 adult size people very comfortably, unless 4 of them were pretty small. If the size fits your needs though, highly recommend!

Shankar was so responsive to all of my questions before our trip & during our trip! The a/c works perfectly and we so desperately needed it this past weekend!! Jeremy was very nice & helpful during the setup and when he came to pick it up!!

This is the second time we have rented the RV and would gladly do so again. Communication was great and delivery and pickup went smoothly. Camper had everything we needed! Highly recommend renting from Shannara and Jeremy! See you next year!

Had a great time on our trip to Jellystone with Forest. Communication was great! The camper itself was really clean, had all the amenities we needed, the beds are comfy. We towed it ourselves, once getting to the camp site, set up was simple and they provided everything we needed. The hosts were great, would definitely rent from them again! My family had a great time on our first camping experience! Thank you!

Camper reeked of mothballs, moldy coffee pot, brakes need to be replaced on camper, we did empty black tank they said we didn’t so charged us on the plus side fast communication

I’d like to address your concerns and provide some context from our perspective.Tank Cleaning: We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the black and grey tanks. We clearly state in our listing that thorough tank cleaning is essential. We documented the tank levels with pictures during the pickup with your wife and with pictures, and they were indeed 2/3 and 1/3 full. Our policy is to charge for re-cleaning if tanks are not emptied properly, as indicated in our terms.

Betsy was perfect for our annual camping trip. Very nice and clean. The Faupl’s were beyond accommodating, flexible and understanding. Great people and would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent hosts, very attentive, camper was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. Host dropped off at our location and was very flexible with times and thorough with showing us the tricks of the camper. Would definitely recommend this host/camper to a friend!
