Rusty made our trip and planning easy. The RV was the perfect size for us and everything was perfect.

Beware: We were charged for a tear in the awning that the owner claimed was not there when we rented the RV. Not only was that specific tear in the awning already there when we picked up the RV- the awning itself had other damage, and was spotted and dirty underneath. For an RV that was only 1 year old, it was worn hard. The refrigerator did not work - and we did not discover this until the next morning, when our perishables were ruined. We had to buy two coolers and discard many of our provisions. Additionally, the owner, who claims she inspects the RV after each usage, was not there when we picked it up, or when we dropped if off. The owner kept $300.00 of our $500.00 deposit based on a false claim. Make sure you spot and document every deficiency before you rent - or expect the owner to use your security deposit for improvements to her RV.

I have to say Rusty was great to work with! She was very thorough and detailed with explaining how all of this works. Anytime I had a question there was a quick response. And, this rig/vehicle is perfect for first time renters like I was. This was a very positive experience that I would gratefully recommend.

What an incredible RV - we had 4 adults for 4 days and it was plenty big enough for our needs. Rusty was awesome in communicating throughout the booking process, and didn't mind my many questions as a first time RVer! While we did have some slight issues with the batter while on our trip, she was incredible in helping us - even volunteering to drive the 100+ miles to where we were to help figure out and get repair service to us. Ultimately we didn't need that, but she was very customer-oriented and attentive to us along the way. Highly recommend this rental!

Excellent communication with Rusty! The RV is an excellent size for a family of four, yet comfortable to drive and spacious inside.

The Axis is a great size—not unwieldy but has three beds when you lower the power overhead bunk. The generator isn’t too loud, which is nice if you don’t have a site with power. And Rusty answered questions quickly and the pickup and drop off were easy.
