The air was not on until someone I was camping with figured out the problem. I feel this should have been addressed prior to leaving the camper. None of the electrical outlets worked except for one by the bunk beds. A friend checked all outlets and confirmed this. I feel the water was not filled because I took one camper shower, did not wash my hair, used the sink a couple times and the water was used up. The pictures on your site did not match what was inside. There was a table but no chairs and the couch was held up in the middle with a piece of wood which did not look safe to sit on. Also, there were items in the shower that I had to remove. Daniel said these were cleaning items and I could clean if I wanted to. I ended up only sleeping in the trailer and all other activities were done at other campsites or at the campground. I called Daniel on these items and he said he would give me a refund. I wanted to bring this to your attention since these items do not reflect well for your site. Please let me know what the outcome will be, thanks.

Renting from Daniel was extremely easy. Effective communication and timely drop off and pick up made the trip much more enjoyable.
