Hi! I'm Larry and my wife Mandy and I love to travel. My first camper van trip was a 6 month long trip in Australia which was wild! My wife and I recently returned home from Portugal, exploring the coast in a rented camper van. We loved the experience so much, we decided to continue camper van life here in our own beautiful back yard.

Home Sweet Van was very roomy for 2 adults for 2 weeks in the Banff/Jasper area. The fall weather was chilly (rain and snow) but we were always warm and cozy inside. Easy to drive and outfitted with everything you need for camping comfort. The van was stocked and we didn't have to bring anything besides our clothes and food. Being a 2012 it has a few quirks but nothing we couldn't work around. Larry and Mandy were so easy to work with and always responsive with questions.

We enjoyed the camper van life. Larry’s van had everything we needed for our 2 week trip to the mountains. Easy to operate and get around. Had a couple of alarm issues, Larry was very responsive, did not detract from our experience at all. Would definitely use again if available and explore more of the area and beyond.

This van is so comfortable and well equipped. We loved having a shower in the van. I’m going to miss Home Sweet Van! Thanks Larry and Mandy for all the extra help.

The van was great for our first time to Jasper and Banff. Though there are a few things on the van that could work better (locks on doors and sliding door very challenging to open sometimes, Bluetooth and rear cam not operating well), those were all things that could be overcome and didn’t detract too much from the experience. We had one challenge with electric at our 2nd campsite and Larry was super fast to respond and help troubleshoot and we had virtually no downtime. Overall great rental and really helped make our trip memorable!

Unfortunatly we can't rate 6 stars😁. This van is just perfect, everything works fine, the bed is perfect and confortable (I am 6 foot one). Battery and solar panel system is very good and reliable. I strongly reccomend to any one. Communication with Larry and Mandy was easy. This is the perfect van for a 2 weeks road trip in the Rockies.

The van was great and full of usable and functioning features. Confy bed and shower, great indoor space and easy driving. Larry and Mandy were great showing, explaining and suggesting tips.

Our experience with “Home Sweet Van” was wonderful! We had the Van for 5 days and went on a roadtrip from Calgary to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper then back. The hosts were very responsive and answered all questions we had while on the road! The bed is very comfortable, the space was perfect for two people. It was easy to drive the Van and it was equipped with everything we needed.

Best experience of our lives! We were initially worried about the ease of driving such a huge vehicle but it was super easy to handle. Larry & Mandy were wonderful people who work well as a team. Communication was great; we spoke to Larry for the pre- & post-trip administrative stuff through Outdoorsy, and spoke to Mandy for any questions we had during the trip itself. They were both super responsive and very hands-on.

Larry and Mandy were great to work with! Super responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Even about places in Calgary to visit while we waited for our flight. The van is well equipped with everything you need. The stand up shower is really great. Water heater worked perfectly. Mattress is super comfy. Handles much better than an RV equal to its size and she sips diesel. I was comfortable driving in city traffic as well as the winding roads in the Rockies. Best camper van experience yet! Thanks again guys!
