Hi my name is Jose Ramirez.. i have a lovely wife and two amazing kids.. we love being outdoors and I enjoy running ultra marathons.. we love our Family RV and take good care of it. We rent it not necessarily to make money but because we want people that would normally not be able to buy or rent an rv to able to rent one at a very economical price.. no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay

Overall a great experience. Jose explained in detail how to operate everything. The trailer was really clean and everything worked. When we did have questions, he got back to us right away. We will definitely be renting from him again. Can't wait for our next camping trip.

This was our first experience camping with a trailer, and we can’t wait to do it again! Jose was incredibly helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know about operating the RV. We had some trouble getting the hitch unlatched when we got to our campsite, but Jose responded to my message within minutes with directions on exactly what to do. The trailer also had a super comfy bed and plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our two 60 pound four-legged children.

Really great experience with Jose. I showed up with my hitch and it was the wrong size and I forgot my key. Jose was so kind to grind off my lock for the proper ball size. He ran me through the entire operation which made for a perfectly pleasant trip. Trailer was easy to tow and had everything we needed. As a bonus, Jose connected the fridge to electricity 2 hours before arrival so the fridge was cold when we arrived. Great experience and would definitely rent again.

This trailer (2016 Keystone Springdale) was in perfect working order, very clean for our trip and pulled great with my truck. Jose was so nice to work with and went over everything prior to us leaving so I was comfortable. I would definitely rent this trailer again from Jose.

Jose went above and beyond helping us out with the trailer. Went over everything and answered any questions we had. Very friendly, helpful, and flexible. Will definitely be using him again in the future for our camping outings.
