As a last minute booking, this was great. It was clean and like brand new. I will say, the ad stated linens were included, however they were not. We had to scramble to get sheets, pillows, and towels into this for our guests to use it. Set up was easy, however on the day of the pick up, the host decided to ask me to pay him directly for cleaning, pick up fee, and dump fee. I told him no, I would only be paying through outdoorsy and some of the fees were not included on additional quote. So what was supposed to be $200/night + $100 dump fee(which I added during initial quote), and a delivery fee of $250 ($125/each way) this quickly turned into over $1200 for 2 nights. I don't mind paying what is on the initial quote, I do however have an issue with asking me to pay him directly in cash because Outdoorsy takes a cut, and also adding charges that were not made abundantly clear on the initial quote.

The trailer rental was great, we’ve always wanted to try out the airstream. They are so cute. The trailer was the perfect size for me, my husband, and my baby. We used it for a camping wedding and it was nice to have everything already set up for such a long trip from home. It was easy to use for the most part. The only thing we had an issue with was the cleaning fee. It was unclear what the additional fee supposed to cover. I wish outdoorsy either front load the cleaning fee in total price like Airbnb. Or give clear instructions on how it should come back, like should we have scrubbed it down before returning it or is a little dirt is okey.
