What an amazing vehicle! We had a blast and the hosts were wonderful to work with.

Avoid this vehicle and host at all costs. The vehicle had issues that caused us to be on the phone with Outdoorsy roadside assistance for hours on the first day. The battery would not charge above 66%, the alternator was not charging properly, and the solar panel inverter was malfunctioning to the point where we lost power to the vehicle altogether. After no resolution was found, we had to drive 7 hours back (14 hours in total in one day) to return the vehicle. The hosts originally said that they do not do refunds, but after seeing the vehicle and its issues, agreed to do a refund. After a couple days, they came back and said they were going to charge us extra for mileage, reducing the refund to more than half of what they agreed. After a full dispute and review from Outdoorsy, we were provided a refund. The table was missing, the windshield had a crack, and the canopy was bent. Be very careful with what the owners tell you and what is described on the listing, as an emergency roadside assistance company confirmed that the vehicle was not meant to be taken off the grid.

This was our second time renting out the unit and it was perfect for our quick trip. Ariadna, is always friendly and made the pick up and drop off convenient for us. This trip around the solar battery did not recharge, but we had no issues as our trip was short. Overall, great experience and will continue to use this unit for future trips.

Poor Ariadna was so great during this whole experience. Outdoorsy made an error in their end (long story and still not sure it happened), but Ariadna was SUPER helpful from her end to help us get it corrected with Outdoorsy. My husband and I have joked that this was a “Clark Griswold vacation” but it was still great - enhanced by this great, cozy and wonderful host and vehicle. She had EVERYTHING that we needed in there and everything was thoroughly explained, along with educational videos before our arrival to review. DONT SKIP OUT ON THE VIDEOS!! I would recommend Ariadna over and over again.

Ariadna was a great host. From the minute we made the booking to the end of the trip she made sure all our questions were answered. . All the extra supplies provided really made the trip easy and enjoyable. The rig has everything needed for 2 people to camp comfortably.

My husband and I had the absolute best trip! I’m so glad we did this instead of renting a car and booking hotel rooms. We went to the Grand Canyon south rim and did dispersed camping. We weren’t sure how it would go with no hook-ups for power, but we could have went the whole 5 nights without hooking to power. We did not use the heating or air more than a a few hours between drives though so the battery lasted longer. We went to Mather Point Campground to shower ($2.50 for every 5 minutes) so we would have a larger shower and for a free dump station. Ariadna and Moses were wonderful as well (friendly, accommodating, responsive). We may take this exact same trip again!

Ariadna and Moses were excellent hosts. The van was spotless and well taken care of. They provided towels, paper towels, toilet paper, spices and bags. All you needed to do was pick up the keys and load your luggage. I would rent from them again.

We had a great trip with this camper van. Everything was as listed, with extras such as spices, oil, shampoo/conditioner, paper towel, and garbage bags. Keurig is a plus! We spent one night in Monument Valley, one night at Valley of the Gods (dispersed), and 3 nights in Sedona. Side trip to Page to see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. All the comforts of home while really experiencing the beauty of these locations. Book the trip!
