The camper was fully set up prior to our arrival which was great! I had asked Krysti to call when she got there since it was a n open field and difficult to tell her where I wanted it set up. She didn't call and it wasn't where I wanted it, but it worked out. She said she would send a picture so we would know what to look for but didn't.
We had a torrential downpour the first night and one area leaked. I messaged Krysti, but never received the response until the next day. Communication could have been much better. Her phone broke, not sure she did not just use her husband's. Trying to communicate through outdoorsy at that point and the delay in response was very frustrating.
Other than that the camper definitely served it's purpose.

This trailer was adorable and great for a couple! Very clean and bed was very comfortable! Great communication it was leveled perfect they had a nice rug out for us and the fireplace on which was very cozy! I would recommend this trailer to anyone! They did a great job and communication was great and trailer is adorable! Thank you for renting to us we had a wonderful time! 🙂

This pop-up trailer was great for a camping trip with my daughter. Krysti was great with communication and had the trailer set up when we arrived at our campsite (well worth the delivery charge). She also included the outdoor rug and shade tent seen in the photos. It rained a couple times during our stay, but there were no leaks and we stayed dry. Overall, this pop-up trailer was the ideal home base for our camping trip and saved us from hauling and setting up a bunch of gear.

Krysti was very responsive to any questions we had. Her service of drop off/pick up worked out perfectly for us too - were on time and quick :)

The owners brought the camper to our campsite and set it up for us - and gave us careful instructions about how to fold it down and return it. This was our first time in a pop-up and we will definitely do it again!
