Our host was amazing! He was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. The camper was just what we needed- it was a very nice unit, and everything worked as it should. It was very clean on arrival, nothing was missing, and we didn’t run into any issues the entire rental period. I can’t give this host enough credit, I wish I could give over a 5 star rating because he deserves it. 10/10 plan on renting this exact same unit for next year. Thank you again for making our vacation amazing, we literally couldn’t have done it without you!!!

Bad experience, stay away don’t book trailer with samuel inaccurate listing description trailer is nasty all over small urine and the other way around he charges dumping/cleaning fee from your deposit but I already dumped all it needs to be done the black and gray tank is dumped all to empty the gauge don’t lie and once you check out he will never respond to your inquiry, i tried to contact outdoorsy they said I will have to wait for his response, they all scammers outdoorsy didn’t care about customers as long they make money

Please don’t listen to this person’s lies. When he was dropping off the camper he was saying how nice it the camper was and asking If he can rent again directly because how expensive the fees are on outdoorsy. Now he is spreading these lies because he was charged a fee for not dumping the waste tank. I sent him and outdoorsy the pictures of the waste. I was being nice and even refunded him the cost for generator rental because he claimed he didn’t use it at was short on cash and I did trying to be nice. I have nothing but 5 star reviews before and after him

Both the Coleman trailer and Samuel were awesome!!! Great Communication and perfect lightweight trailer that I could pull with SUV.
