The RV was delivered after the time specified was extremely dirty. The license plates were expired. The check engine light is on. There was maggots in the freezer. The waste valve for the toilet was stuck. The tires were under inflated. The engine was low on oil and 20,000 miles overdue for service. The generator had no oil in it and the intake manifold bolts had completely backed out. The awning was missing even though in the description for the ad it was in there they messaged me after I had already made the payment to tell me that the awning was gone windows were taped shut the RV had a horrible smell inside of it when it was delivered. In the ad, it said there was a bike rack, and there was not.

Stay as far away from Kelsey RV rentals as possible. This RV was a total piece of junk.
1st we scheduled an early pickup.
She did not have the RV ready. She did a quick walk through.
We had to wait while they filled the propane tank. She showed us that the gate valves for the black and gray tanks were stuck open.
She said she would empty them when we got back. She lied. She charged us a fee for this.
The cap leaked on the waste tanks. we had to keep a bucket under it.
2nd
She rented us an RV that was not mechanically ready for a cross-country trip to The Grand Canyon
The air filter on the engine showed dirty.
Just out of Missouri the Turbo started to work off and on.
It was hell in the /mountains
On the way home the cruise control stopped working in Gallup NM.
20 miles out of Albuquerque NM. the RV broke down on the interstate.
We limped into the RT 66 RV Resort.
Contacted the owner and Outdoorsy.
They were more concerned about the RV than how we were going to get home.
You are required to stay with the RV and pay for repairs out of your pocket.
Then bring the RV back home.
Then file a claim with the insurance. If it Breaks down, you are on you own.The RV has no stabilizer jacks they have been torn off
The TV don't work
The radio in the front will not Bluetooth with anything.
There is no Awning it has been torn off.
the seats and interior are torn and damaged.
Kelsey RV rentals take the money she gets, but doesn't reinvest a penny in her RV's
She told us this particular RV gives her trouble and needed it drove off a cliff.
The divider kept falling down off the hook.
There were nails sticking out of the trim
There was no filter in the water canister.
She said her uncle services her RV's

DO NOT RENT THIS UNLESS MAJOR ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED/ADDRESSED:3. The bathroom vanity faucet had a very large leak when we first connected to a water hose at a campground. We had to reduce the pressure significantly in order to reduce the leak so we can use a bowl to catch the dripping water. We then found out that if we turned on the RV water pump, the water was essentially gushing from under the vanity. This made it impossible to use the water pump. When we reported this to the owner, recommendation was use see if putty can solve the issue (completely inadequate). After a few hours, we were luckily able to fix the plumbing and were able to use the water pump.

Kelsey was terrific! Easy to deal with; answered all our questions and made the process quick and simple. The RV was a 23 ft Thor. Perfect size for us. It was easy to drive and park. Everything worked as described. We had a great time in Branson with no worries. We recommend Kelsey very highly and would definitely rent from her again.

Oh my goodness it was amazing. This RV was so sweet. Worked perfectly for me, my son, my nephew, and my dad on a fun camping trip. It helped to keep everyone happy while making life-long memories. Thanks!
