The RV for the most part was great, well equipped, didn't need to bring anything other than toiletries and food. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the quality of some things. The awning, when we opened it, were ripped on both sides, at the top. We attempted to close the curtain that provides privacy for the bunk beds, but apparently, the screws that hold in the track that the curtains hang on, fell out of the ceiling so we could not use the curtains at all. Now the host has filed a claim against us due to the two items. We did not cause any sort of damage to anything, we have 5-7 witnesses we camped with that literally watched as we opened the awning and noticed the damage on it and said something about it. We've rented multiple times from Outdoorsy and this is the first time we are being accused of damaging property. Will not rent from this host again.
