Recommended for experienced RV drivers - RV is in excellent working condition and had been recently serviced. Brian was super responsive and helpful any time I reached out with questions and the RV was indeed stocked with extras including chairs, a folding table, etc. Brian made the process very convenient - we flew into Vegas and and were able to pickup/drop off the RV just a few miles from the airport, which was great.1. RV pickup is via lockbox with no instructions. My 11yr old and I were surprised when our Uber dropped us off on an industrial side street - she waited in the Vegas sun due to a homeless man relaxing the shade by the RV while I tried lockbox codes. The code sent in advance didn't work, so i had to call Brian and have him suggest alternatives. There were zero instructions, tips or even an owner's manual. Initially I paid extra to have the black/gray water tanks flushed; a while before the trip the owner indicated he couldn't perform the service but would be happy to show me what to do. Instead, after I arrived at the RV Brian texted me an online copy of the owner's manual and my husband pored through the manual and online youtube videos while we drove.2. Don't expect pristine. Yes, this is a 2019 vehicle but it's had adventures. The owner had someone spend 90 minutes cleaning the RV before we picked it up and we still found gummy bears and froot loops in odd places, half-eaten food in the cupboards, open bathroom supplies (including mouthwash and a used toothbrush), spills, etc. Also recommend buying and bringing your own towels as the ones in the RV are super thin and scratchy.

The RV was just as described. Brian was easy to communicate with. From the strip to where we picked up and dropped off the RV was a 45 dollar Uber fare each way, so that was a bummer. We had an issue with the slide out, called the roadside assistance and the nearest tech to lake Powell was out of Sedona ( an hour and a half away) and once he got there it would be 100.00 an hour ! That was a surprise. Luckily my husband is an electrician and was able to remedy to problem ( blown fuse) Everything else worked great.
