KJ was friendly, helpful and knew his RV inside and out. The introduction videos told us everything we needed to know. The videos are packed with info so we watched them 3 times. The heater worked great when temperatures dropped into the 20s one night at Capitol Reef NP. We are looking to buy a Class B camper van so we tried out the other amenities as well. Everything worked great. Having a shower and a micro wave pushed our trip dangerously close to glamping.
