Very nice little trailer, super clean and cozy. The only negative thing is the projector and outdoor screen were not there as advertised.

We had a great vacation, and the trailer suited our needs well. Bill was quick to respond to our questions about what was all included. He was also very understanding about our date mix-up and patiently waited for us to sort out our departure. Bill was a reliable, friendly and conscientious host. It was our first time RVing and we enjoyed it very much despite cold and wet weather. We recommend him.

This is our second time rental with Bill. He delivered the trailer as scheduled. The trailer was great for our weekend getaway to Alice Lake.

Bill was a great and explained in detail how to use the RV. He was also very communicative and answered any questions we had. Delivery and pick up were prompt.

The RV was perfect for what I needed. Bill set everything up for me. He was kind and very thorough explaining everything that I needed to know about the RV. The RV was clean and included some dishes, pots, and pans, silverware, etc. This was the first time I ever rented an RV and I had no issues whatsoever.
Having the RV allowed me to be close to my family. My grandchildren were so excited when I agreed that they could come for a sleepover. I had a great visit and would definitely rent this RV from Bill again.
My experience with Outdoorsy from start to finish was excellent. I have already shared their information with some of my friends and will be looking at options available for my trip next summer.

We had a great experience renting this RV from Bill. We took it camping and it went flawlessly. The RV was in excellent condition. Bill went through all the details on pick up and showed us how to disconnect and reconnect everything and where things go etc. Everything worked perfectly - we used the water, propane to cook and heat the trailer when it got too chilly, zero issues with any of the aspects of the trailer. A general knowledge of towing and using a generator etc is a good thing to have going into this, but Bill does do a very good job helping to explain and answer any questions. Overall a wonderful experience and we would do it again! Highly recommend!

When we arrived at our planned time of arrival Bill already had the trailer set up. Bill was very thorough showing us the trailer and how everything worked. The trailer was very clean and new.

It was a terrible experience! The service provider told a story about how his RV is great, but people do not know how to use it, which causes problems for him. 40 mins after he left we realized the customers were correct and his RV wasn't as advertised. Water low alert was on only after a couple of hrs (We barely must have used 3 ltrs in total, before the alert). Power went off around the same time (No sockets inside the RV worked anyway). So 2.5 hrs after the drop off, We had no Power or Water. Later the door jammed up itself (If you want to ignore this review and book the RV, at least never let the RV keys out of your pocket - You'll Thank me later). Book this is you are interested in an overpriced bed.

Hi Thank you for the review. Unfortunately nothing is cover the truth. The trailer is delivered on you campsite 3 hour earlier as supposed. I explained everything how it’s works. We check water , power , damage and working condition. You satisfied and told me you understood everything. We signed all documents. When I picked up a trailer you mentioned the door sticking one time. Sometimes do happens , since a stabilizer Jack supports from soft ground, and this case need to re adjust. . Also you mentioned it’s power problem, I turned a lights on , the water pump and still working flawlessly after a day use…when I picked the Rv I draining owner 10 gallon remaining freshwater from a tank, also cleaned a black and gray water tank which is half full. The Rv also equipped with a 200 watt solar charger for longer dry camping, for keeping a battery fully charged. When I setup the Rv I plugged in. You told me, you unplugged and never even used. Also I mentioned I will be doubling the battery since people renting for dry camping more then 3 days. Sorry for your inconvenience , but if don’t understand how Rv works not recommended to rent any from anybody from a future.
