Brian was very flexible and helpful. He showed me all the details about how to work the pop-up camper. He was flexible about pick up and drop off times. And he was kind when we returned it, with a few unintentional minor dings.

After years of sleeping on the ground with kids in a tent, this tent trailer was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved it. Brian was great to work with and extremely accommodating. The tent trailer was very clean and ready to go. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and we couldn't have had a better experience.

A friend and I rented this unit for a camping trip and it worked great! Brian was super accommodating; got me oriented with the camper and was very flexible RE: pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

Brian is more then helpful, great person to deal with and the trailer is great. Clean, easy to tow and setup (10 minutes in the dark). Would recommend to anyone to rent from Brain great guy.

The camper was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Brian was great at communicating and making sure we understood how it was set up and worked. It was a very smooth process.
