Hi, My name is Brian and I spend almost 95 percent of my life outdoors. I own an animal control business and have 3 boys and 1 girl. We all love the outdoors and enjoy our camping experiences.

The camper we had a reservation for was not able to be delivered due to being in the shop. We were notified the evening before our trip. We were charged the same fee for a similar camper. This replacement camper was subpar compared to what we had reserved and a bit smaller . Sleeping arrangements were not as comfortable as the previous rental. Plus side everything was in order with delivery set up etc.

Perfect. RV was delivered and set up on time, communication was immediate and we had a great experience.

Rental came with a dead battery. Issue never was resolved. Outdoorsy uses third party roadside assistance that was not helpful: Asked that I contact owner to resolve. Owner asked that I jump battery or pull fuses. No power while trip. No pump to use bathroom. No heat. No thermostat. CO alarm beeping because of no power. Pulled fuses myself.

Everything went great. Brian had the camper there set up and ready for us early. All we had do was show and have a good time. Everything worked great and they had plenty of utensils and other things we may have forgotten or needed. Brian was very easy to work with and always responded to questions

A few things were missing that I would have assumed would be included. Trash can, a mat for outside the camper. Was not able to get any channels on the tv. No indoor speakers for the radio.
Other than that we loved the camper.
