Delivery, communication was great! The owners were easy to work with. The trailer itself met our needs and had the right amount of space. The biggest complaint was that the trailer was not thoroughly cleaned and had an awful smell to it. We found the kitchen supplies had not been cleaned and washed and we found rat droppings in the bathroom. This could have been the source of the smell. If the trailer would have been thoroughly cleaned before delivery this would’ve been a better experience. A/C worked great!

Overall Experience
My rental experience with this camper did not meet the level of preparation I expected, especially given that the reservation was made months in advance. The condition of the unit upon delivery suggested a rushed, last‑minute setup rather than a properly prepared rental.
• Initial setup problems — The sewage hose was not attached, and Irequiring a neighboring camper for assistance.
• Improper stabilization — One of the tires appeared blocked or braced, and stabilizing the camper required using leftover materials from the storage compartment and even a rock from the campsite. This also required help from a neighboring camper.
• Ongoing instability — Even after these efforts, the camper remained noticeably unstable.
• Mattress condition — Mattresses had debris on them and needed to be shaken out.
• Insects present — Dead insects were found under the mattresses,, and on the kitchen bench, spiderwebs in the bathroom and windowsill, and live ants were inside the cupboards.
• Disorganized cupboards — Items were thrown in haphazardly. While shifting during transport is understandable, the level of disorganization indicated a lack of preparation.
• Kitchenware condition — Utensils were remnants from prior campers.
• Refrigerator damage — Shelves and racks were cracking.
• Missing listed items — Towels were listed in the rental description but were not provided—only small facial towels were available.

It was a great last minute camping trip for our anniversary. The camper was very clean and comfortable. Lauren and her husband went out of there to make sure that we had a great weekend. I highly recommend using their services

We had a wonderful time camping in this RV! It comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 dogs, and after a week of dry camping, we still had plenty of water and power for the minifridge. The rentees were friendly and accommodating to our schedule. We couldn't have made it though the week without such a comfortable fit.
