About Logan C.
Our favorite trip was a two week trip from Salt Lake City to the West Coast via Portland, OR then all the way down to Los Angeles, CA before heading back. It was an amazing experience and I would do it again in a heart beat but break it into two trips (each two weeks). We spent a couple days in various coastal cities in Oregon, went crabbing, shopped and met tons of great people in the RV parks. The kids would jump out of the RV as soon as we would pull in so they could go find new friends for the next couple of days. The redwoods in California were breathtaking. If you haven't seen them, I would add that to your bucket list. My words wouldn't do it justice. CA-1 and the 101 are great in their own way. CA-1, while crazy curvy, puts you in places that are removed from the crowds and you get to see vistas and cliffs and ocean views that are second to none. Truly worth the drive. I also grew up RV'ing around the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho. We had an annual trip to Redfish Lake near Stanley, ID. This is also a family favorite but it's harder to get spots nowadays. Other than that, we try to get out as often as possible and take advantage of the beauty that we call the Western United States. It's incredible out here.

The anti sway supports that you put under the frame manually are a joke. They don't work. When someone walks down the aisle, everyone in the unit gets swayed back and forth. Oh, and bring a mat to lay on as the supports are about 3' in from the edge of the unit. Regardless of the material, laying on the ground trying to put these in place and tightly securing them so they might work is not fun or easy.
There is another AC unit in the back above the master bed. That never worked at all, with or without the generator running. So if you are thinking about renting this in the hot summer, you may want to reconsider. Leveling the unit is also a bit of a joke. You have to play with large Lego blocks, which you stack and drive on to get the unit level.
What we had to pay certainly did not come close to the value portrayed by the descriptions. Rather disappointed.
The Outdoorsy website was awkward and error ridden. Even after going through the identification process twice, it kept coming back telling me my identity had not been verified. I finally gave up and moved on. Might want to fix that!!!
