We had a great time on our trip and appreciated having the van for the weekend. The host was responsive during the rental when we had questions, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few things about the experience that future renters should be aware of.First, there was no information provided on how to empty the black water tank—or that we were expected to. The host had mentioned he would send instructional videos before the trip, but we never received them. After returning the van, we were charged a dumping fee that hadn’t been communicated anywhere in the listing, messages, or rental instructions. We reached out afterward to ask about it, but unfortunately haven’t heard anything back since the trip ended.

Reagan was super helpful from pick up, through the trip, and drop off. The van drove great! It was exactly as described

everything was great! it was our first time renting a camper van. Raegan had everything ready for us and was available whenever I had questions. he also had youtube videos showing how everything worked which was really helpful! wifi didn’t end up working but it didn’t end up being an issue. overall we had a great time and would definitely rent it again!
