We really enjoyed our rental and trip to Big Bend Ntnl Park. Raymond was very helpful in explaining the details of the camper. We’ll look him up for our next rental.

When we went to empty both tanks, someone had previously pulled the black tank valve without the intention of emptying. The area between the valve and cap had filled up with feces and we were met with it when the cap was removed to attach the hose. Outside of that unpleasant surprise it was great.

Raymond was very helpful in all ways in his personal efforts. Need to improve on designating physical address of the storage facility and letting renter know its name so you know when you are there. Apparently address on Outdoorsy is wrong.

This was our first rv trip and it was everything we expected. As newbies we did not know much about RVing. Raymond was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The day we met him to pick up the trailer, he showed us how to put the jacks down, and all other pertinent information on how to set it up.
