About Sharon's RV rentals
Al, my husband and I have been camping for many years. We love traveling!!We have 4 biological children (2 boys and 2 girls) and 1 adopted son from Brazil. All of our children are now adults and some have children and grandchildren. We also had several foster children through out our marriage, therefore owning a motor home made it possible to take several vacations as a family. We also own timeshares so sometimes to accommodate more family members, we would find a camping RV park close to our timeshare. So many great memories!

At pickup, the RV was dirty and not well cared for. They were working on problems with the microwave and generator. The first night the batteries were dead and generator would not turn on. When we bought a new battery, the generator turned on but non of the electrical items in the RV, nor the batteries would work or would be charged. We had to book another campsite as we got the RV to be able to spend some nights without. The gray tank leaked and mice got into our food the first night. We trapped 5 in 3 days once we found a place that had some traps as we were in state and national parks. Among other things, a tire blew on our way home to a family wedding and we missed the ceremony. Sharon was fast at getting back to us and was kind enough to refund us for the new tire. We took the new battery home with us that we bought. I do believe they knew about the tires being over 6-7 years old and some of the other issues so can't give them more on communication although they are kind and responded quickly when we contacted them the whole time. I would not rent this RV again and probably will not rent from outdoorsy again. It was not worth the troubles we were constantly fixing, cleaning, washing dishes every time we used them as there was mouse droppings again and again after we cleaned. Go check out the rental before you agree to pay for it would be my advice if you do rent from outdoorsy.

Owners were great to work with. Communication was 100% even when we had a problem with the generator I would rent there RV again.

Sharon and her Husband (I feel terrible I can’t remember his name... SUPER nice guy) are very courteous, nice, thoughtful but yet very professional to work with.
My entire experience with them was top notch from start to finish.
We had a couple hiccups due to circumstances beyond all our control but they were dealt with quickly, fairly and diligently and in the end I had a very positive experience working with them.
I would definitely rent from them again... I just hope they’re available when I need them.

We had a great time on our vacation. The RV handled great I would recommend this RV to anyone. The RV owners answered all of our questions and showed us how to use all the equipment on the RV.
Thanks Sharon can’t wait to book another trip with you again.

My husband, myself and my parents were able to make so many sweet memories together during this adventure!!!
This was our first RV trip. My husband and I were nervous about doing something new and out of our comfort zone. Sharon helped us a lot to ease our anxiety of driving a Motor home!!! She was always available to answer our questions right a way before, during and after the trip. We initially booked for two nights and ended up extended our trip for one extra night. Sharon and her husband took the time to explain the motor home and to give my husband behind the wheel experience in their presence that was a great help to boost our confidence.
Sharon helped us to find a parking place to leave our car and her husband helped us to and from the parking lot so we did not have to take a cab. As we extended our time I did not have arrangements with a dump station, again Sharon and her husband found us a dump station as we requested to them.
Their RV is in excellent condition and it has what you would need to live in a home. It was like renting a home. I cooked meals and served to four of us.
The one thing that made our experience full of relaxation and fun that they were always available to answer our question with in few minutes. We did not have to worry about anything.

I cannot imagine a better first experience in renting a RV. Sharon was straight-forward and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The unit is well-taken care of and ran smoothly.
