New to RV world, looking to book our first experience ! 2 kids: a 4month old son and 3 year old daughter. We are looking for non-smoking and pet free RV.

RV Not in Shape to be Rented Out
Toilet Tank was plugged solid upon pick up. This was not discovered until the first try at emptying it. It took days to try and find someone that would be able to fix this. The owner asked us to call him with issues so we did. He tried to find an RV place to fix the problem. There were none where we were. Finally we managed to get a local guy with a mobile service.
The RV had no functioning back up camera , thus was difficult to park.
The screen door magnet to keep it closed was broken. We bought parts and fixed this.
We had to buy bins to put all the owners personal shampoos, old spices etc etc into. We then wiped down all the cupboards so that we had a place to put our own stuff.
The lawn chairs were very dilapidated.
The owner was always available to talk to and in the end reimbursed us for costs and one day of our trip lost. We felt he owed us at least 3 days not to mention the extra gas and stress of renting an RV for a month that was not ready to be rented out. Upon return the owner was not available for sign off. His partner was there but she advised that she was not familiar with the process.

Easy to drive. What a fun adventure!
The owner was very easy going and very nice. He showed us everything and made it simple for us to figure out the rest.
Bed is comfortable. Everything was automatic (eg awning, step, fridge, etc)
RV has everything you need.

Very nice RV, product as listed, host was clear on meeting instructions and prepared when I arrived. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly. Our trip was great, the RV drives well, it’s comfortable and roomy. Host left some equipment that made the trip even easier. Highly recommended for a family trip.

Wonderful trip until we had to vacate N.S. because of Dorian. Vehicle handled well and served our purpose well. Two problems we encountered with RV were dealt with immediately by Jean-Francois. Would definitely rent from him again.

Dealing with J-F and Mel, the owners, was a breeze. They explained everything and answered all of our questions quickly (even during our trip). They showed us around this RV, explaining every features, detailing every options. This RV is brand new, super clean and drives well.
