Shay provided good instructions. We wanted a tent camping experience but to be up off the ground in case of rainy weather. This trailer met our needs perfectly. Set-uo & take-down were so easy, my granddaughter did most of the work. Even the 10 & 7 year olds helped. We did not use the stove, sink, and fridge (which are actually located inside the trailer not outside as indicated in the picture) so I cannot review those features of the trailer.

As first-time renters, we enjoyed working with Shay. He was quick to respond to our questions, very flexible on unit pickup and drop off, and helped us understand how the camper worked before we took off on our journey.

Great experience with Shay. He took the time to show up how it is set up and broken down. He was great with communication and this was a great pop-up. I would rent from him again for sure!
