Terri was absolutely amazing! After my original trip was suddenly canceled by another Outdoorsy host at the last minute, Terri stepped in and completely saved the day. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.Her RV was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly well cared for. She gave a very thorough walkthrough, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before hitting the road. I really appreciated her generosity—she encouraged me to use anything that was already onboard, which made packing and planning so much easier.You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience. I would absolutely rent from Terri again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch rental!
