JD was phenomenal. He was willing to work with our group and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We used this van for a running relay and it was perfect. So comfortable, easy to lean back the seats and sleep in, and amazing amenities onboard. The van was easy to drive and we loved the TV and Apple CarPlay.

We had a party of 10 going to from Texas to Florida The kids had plenty of space for their car activities. Plenty of luggage space was definitely a plus with so many people! We didn’t want the row seats that you find in some sprinter vans and the captain chairs didn’t disappoint, everyone has their own space. Most of the seats lay nearly flat, which was a lifesaver on a 22 hour drive! The van handles well and the ride is smooth, just be careful if you hit a storm with high winds. The host is super nice and professional. The free fuel option made selecting this van a no-brainer. We will rent again.

Family trip to Big Bend was lovely riding this rig. We had some shade/ blind issues and a headlight issue but was reimbursed for the inconvenience which was nice. The space for everyone on a long tripods the trip extra epic! Would rent again from JD!

JD is a great host. The vehicle is well maintained and runs great. We thoroughly enjoyed our rental.
The TV/entertainment system is awesome, especially if you're traveling with kids.

The Sprinter van was a reliable and comfortable ride for the trip to Talladega. It handled the highway well, offered plenty of space for passengers and gear, and made the long drive feel easy. Great choice for group travel and road trips.

Our family had an amazing spring break this year. We rented the van for a full week and can honestly say renting the van provided us with the space and comfort we were seeking. Despite the age and size of the vehicle we were extremely pleased with its fuel efficiency, overall condition, and smooth driving operations. We absolutely enjoyed our travel experience and would recommend this unit to our friends and family for any adventure.

Friendly hosts. Unfortunately, the backup and rearview mirror camera would not work. The carplay feature was inconsistent as well.

**UPDATE** Thank you David for bringing this to our attention. The rearview license plate camera had a wire/short and has been replaced. Moreover, in addition to the license plate camera, we are adding an iBeam, CMOS third brake light camera with a 170 degree viewing angle and IR/LED night vision for improved reverse visibility and added redundancy so the driver is not dependent on just one camera for reverse visibility.
FYI, the Carplay interface on the Kenwood unit has worked fine. By following the instructional video we provided from Kenwood, we were able to sync the Carplay and haven't been able to replicate a problem. Of course, we will continue to monitor.
