First off, renting from Michael was a pleasure. He was very kind, helpful, and incredibly flexible. Kind of felt like borrowing something from an uncle. He was flexible on pickup and drop off times for us to make our trip easier which we appreciated a lot. The van itself was great. It was exactly as advertised and it suited the needs of our young family of three just perfect. The TV/roku setup was a nice bonus as well for our long road trip to keep the kids busy. Michael even made sure beforehand that our car seats would work with his setup which was kind. We went to southern Utah and loved it. I highly recommend renting this van from Michael, you won’t regret it! Long live Tim Tam!

This is our 3rd time to rent an RV from Outdoorsy and we can't say enough about what a great experience this was. Mike was extremely responsive and informative. We paid the fee to have pick up/drop off at the airport. He was very prompt and the exchange was easy. Highly recommend!!!

Mike and his van Tim Tam, exceeded all expectations for our 5 day UTAH adventure. Tim Tam delivers many conveniences of your home in a compact, fun, efficient, and safe package. Highlights: 25 gallons of potable water, amazing efficiency on electric power - never had to hook to water or power. Plenty of propane for warm water, gas stove, and heat on those brisk fall mornings. W I D E angle video rear camera was a dream, never had to worry what was behind us. Comfy bed even for those over 6.' Impressed with 18 MPG over 1300mi with elevation, great range! Only area to improve the driving experience would be better engine (gear) breaking on mountainous descents.

Great Labor Day week RV trip! Clear communication and accurate listing. Sleeps 2 very nicely without popping the top. Plenty of space to store belongings and food. Would take TimTam out again :)

Our family recently went on a road trip to Yellowstone and rented the camper van from Mike. Mike is a terrific host. When there were questions about the van, Mike was attentive, patient, and very accessible. Mike was always a phone call away to explain the different parts of the van. He is an all-around friendly and kind host. We highly recommend Mike for your future travels.

We rented the TIMTAM van from Mike for our trip to Idaho. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be perfect! It was clean and equipped with all the camping gear we needed. It had plenty of room for our family of three and fit easily in regular parking spots and campsites. We even navigated a few drive-thrus without any issues (though some weren't feasible). We'll definitely rent this van for future trips around SLC

From initial contact through final drop off Mike was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. He made the whole rental process easy.
