My wife and I had the best time taking Hank to explore South Dakota and Badlands national park. The hand off with Erin was seamless and we were on the road in no time. Hank was perfect for what we needed. The solar panels kept us powered up for our entire trip, we were able to cook most meals in the van, and the bed was SUPER comfy. Hank drives smoothly and we had no issues mechanically. The only issue was fuel economy and the price of gas at the moment. But other than that, we had a wonderful trip and are so glad we booked Hank for our adventure!!!

Hank, the RV, performed well during our trip. Erin was really helpful and responsive, especially during some rather stressful circumstances involving a flat tire. She patently explained how to operate the various systems. Overall, a very nice experience!

This was our first time using outdoorsy or renting an RV/van, and we honestly didn't know exactly what to expect. Erin, the owner of "Hank", was excellent at communicating through the whole process, exceptionally thoughtful at preparing the van with all the little things that we didn't think of for a trip, and did a fabulous job of showing how everything worked before we started out. 10/10 experience, and my wife and I had a wonderful time on vacation because of it.
