First time renter Michael was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything, due to campground outage we were not able to use 50amp sites so Michael showed us how to use generator. Was responsive when we had questions. RV very clean however does have issues with leveling, flakey upholstery, broken awning and we had trouble with generator switching off 4 different times-all issues Michael is having serviced soon. Didn’t stop 4 generations from enjoying our weekend trip! We will most definitely be renting from Michael again.

Michael was great to rent from and he was super responsive and helpful all around. the rv was clean and ran well. They even stock it for you which makes it soooo much easier! Way less stuff to bring! There are some issues with the awning, leveling and upholstery, but nothing that interferes with us thoroughly enjoying the accommodations!
