It was our first time using outdoorsy and camping with a trailer. Kali was amazing, she made the process so easy. They were so accommodating and very helpful in teaching us to hook and unhook the trailer. We brought all of our own camping gear, but the trailer is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our first camping trip with our two young children was such a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend renting from Kali.

Kali and Daryl were very helpful and covered everything we needed to know and a few things we hadn't thought of. The exchange went very smoothly and I felt well informed on the operation of the trailer and all of it's amenities.

Kali & her husband were excellent through this whole experience. It was our first time pulling a travel trailer to a campground and they spent a considerable amount of time ensuring we knew how to properly hook up, set up and use the trailer to its full potential. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy! Highly recommend!

Kali was very prompt in all her communication. The trailer was as advertised and well equipped. Kali and her husband were very thorough and patient in explaining the use of all the trailer camper systems inside and out. They delivered and picked up the unit from my house and did most of the hooking and unhooking of the trailer. I highly recommend Kali's 2016 Jayco!
