The RV was brand new and spotless. Oscar was super super nice with explaining, delivering and setting up. But we did encounter a problem with the solar system that meant that it started beeping In the middle of the night and we cut the heat to try to fix it. The beeping was the worst part and we could not fix it. Oscar was very responsive though.

It was only booked 4 days before departure so technically I canceled it the next day it was booked. It was canceled because I was using the RV for personal use and my vehicle broke down so couldn't make it back in time.

The camper was top notch for a off the grid adventure. Oscar was responsive and worked with our schedule in relation to drop off and pick up. We really fell in love with this unit and it fit a family of 4 quite nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend. Please advise...downloading the user manual is really a must do, this unit is high tech with all the bells and whistles! Thanks Oscar helping make our trip memoriable.

The RV was clean and ready to go when I pulled up. Oscar was very helpful in explaining how everything worked.
