Great experience from start to finish. If only the weather had cooperated. If you rent an Airstream, be prepared to show it off to your camping neighbors. I had four lined up before I was even unhitched.

James, and his family we’re so nice and accommodating. We loved the airstream! It towed behind our grand Cherokee with ease. We will diffidently rent the Airstream again.

James was helpful, friendly and accommodating during the pick up and drop off of his Airstream. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. The Airstream worked perfectly and made for a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend using James for any trips you may be planning.

James was super easy to deal with and went over the trailer and all the feature fully before I left. He was also easily accessible on text over the weekend we rented. I have to give him extra points as I showed up and hadn't realized my tow wiring wasn't working, he dealt with it just fine as I ran to Uhaul to get it fixed. First time renting with Outdoorsy and it went great.

James was awesome. This was my first time using outdoorsy and a trailer on my own. I had so many questions throughout my trip and James was patient and answered all of them promptly. Solid customer service. Rent his airsteam!
