Guy was super nice hooked everything up for us. Trailer was clean and in decent condition. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed using this trailer, lots of space and very comfortable. Pleanty of room even for a play pen inside. We used it with 5 adults and 3 small children. We took it to Hinton and Mount Robson. My Ram 1500 Outdoorsman had no trouble pulling it. I used 1.25 of a tank on the return trip, which was way less than anticipated.

The customer service was terrific. Michel was always responsive and accommodating. The trailer was an older model but all the facilities worked. The bed was very comfortable.

Thanks Pat, yes our trailer is an oldie but a goodie. We try to keep it as pristine and up to date as best we can. First of all, there was no water put in the trailer. Lucky enough, I was able to find a farmer who was a friend of mine and he filled it. Also, the table was very wobbly to the point that it moved more that 6" or more either way and I was told that it was because of the legs but I found out that the floor was warped under one leg and it was giving way, causing the extreme wobbling. Then the furnace was not working properly, it would run once and then stop running. I had to flip the switch off, then on, in order for it to run. Which is was very inconvenient. I then found out that I was not getting any power in my outlets, except one. I had to get an electrician to come out and check things out. Then someone went and shut off all the breakers and tapped the fuses, then turned on the breakers and then I had full power. Was not told about a trickle charger that I had to plug in, in order for the batteries to stay charged. I had to run an extension cord through a window and plug it in and tape the window shut. The water pump would come on and off every minute, so I found out the valves for the outside shower were leaking. So we had to shut the pump off and turn it on whenever we needed water.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with the trailer. I tried my best to ensure everything was operational and up to standard. Before I delivered the trailer, I tested every single appliance, and they were all working fine. As for the fuses coming undone after a two-hour drive, that was completely out of my control and something I have not encountered before.

Great Host and fantastic RV. My family loved it and we had a great experience. Communication was first class as was our pickup and drop off experience.

We had a great experience renting from Michel. The trailer is fully equipped and well maintained. We are a family with 2 little ones and we would have been able to accommodate 2 others comfortably. It was our first time to haul a trailer, and the experience was uneventful! Michel provided timely communication, he was very understanding and easy to deal with.

Pick up went smooth, travel went smooth, the kids toys were a favourite for my kids. Host went above and beyond and would definitely book again.
