The camper itself is nice and has a lot of potential; however, there are several things that clearly need attention and maintenance.

Danny, thank you for your review. We agree the refrigerator issue was inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize. As soon as you notified us, we immediately sent a technician and provided a dorm-size refrigerator with both a fridge and freezer. When you said you needed more space, we offered to deliver a second refrigerator at no cost, but that solution was declined. Instead, you requested a 50% refund. We also honored your Fourth of July reservation even though it had been accidentally priced well below our holiday rate. We believe great customer service is measured by how problems are handled, and our long history of consistent 5-star reviews reflects that. While mechanical issues can happen with RVs, we responded quickly, offered multiple solutions, and issued a partial refund. We stand behind the service we provided and encourage future guests to consider our track record. Your request was denied as it was unreasonable. We believe in being fair and always doing the right thing.

The RV was beautiful. My family and I loved it. The AC worked amazingly which everyone appreciated! Alan was wonderful and answered ALL my many questions! I would highly recommend booking with him!

Excellent guest, beautiful camper. My family and I absolutely enjoyed their camper. Extremly helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend them anytime.

We had such an amazing trip! When we got here the camper was all set up and ready for us. It’s very spacious and has beautiful interior. It was absolutely perfect for our trip. And Alan was great with communicating with us and letting us know everything was ready!

Amazing experience! Alan was an awesome host. He was just a phone call or text away if we needed him. We had the best time on our family vacation. Will definitely be booking again next year!
