Hectors travel trailer was a great size for our family of 4. The trailer was very clean and delivered and fully setup before we arrived. Hector was great at explaining how to use everything.
Hector was also able to resolve a battery issue with the travel trailer in the middle of our trip. He excels at communication and customer service. We were highly impressed with the overall experience and level of care that Hector put in to make sure we were comfortable and any issues or questions were resolved. Would highly recommend this travel trailer and Hector.

The trailer was pretty good and Hector was very good at communication and honesty. The mattresses were very hard. It felt like sleeping on a solid piece of wood and we had to add some blankets on top just to have a little padding. After giving this feedback its sounds like they might be replaced, but double check before you book. Also, the trailer doesn't come with any supplies. No cups, plates, trash bags, silverware, toilet paper, lighters, nothing. It was actually fine for what we needed it for and allowed all the cabinets to be clear and available for our use, but just be ware for your own sake.

Hector was awesome! Everything was set up and ready when we got there, the camper was clean and in great condition, and he even came back when we had a minor issue with the AC. Highly recommend!

Hector was a great host. Communicated prior to the trip and ease at set up. He did all the hard work and gave a run thru of everything. Trailer was perfect for what we needed.

Very easy to communicate with and reach when we had questions. Reasonable rate and he made drop off and pick up a breeze. We will definitely rent from him again!

Had a fantastic time with this unit. Unit was setup prior to our arrival, AC on , which was a crucial because is was hot as heck. Host was very user friendly & communicative. I would highly consider in the future.
