Joe was very nice and easy to work with. Knowing that there was an event in town that we would likely be camping at, he dropped the camper off and got it set up for us at the fairgrounds ahead of time.Unfortunately we did have issues with the camper during our stay. The heater quit working a few hours in, which made for two pretty cold nights. We also knew ahead of time that there wasn't a generator, so we spent the extra money to find one to rent elsewhere, but the electric in the camper didn't work for most of our stay anyway.I don't think the owner knowingly left us with a camper that didn't work well, but unfortunately we did end up paying full price for a half-functioning camper.
