Our family has enjoyed camping for years and we wanted to help others find the joy in doing the same. Brenda has always had a soft spot for campers and with a 20+ year career as an interior designer she decided to bring style to the campground by specializing in “glampers”! Everything was perfect! We did let Brenda know of a technical issue with the radio but other than that this was a memory that will follow us forever. We look forward to booking with Get Lost again!

Ended up being so expensive with add ons and then having to end up having the trailer delivered because our truck didn't have the right hook up for the lights. Maybe I am just used to higher quality older trailers but it felt so cheap. AC didn't turn off on its own so it would end up freezing. There was also a leak going on so we didn't continue to shower. The bed is also horridly uncomfortable, hard, lumpy, and not a short rv "queen"

Hi Sarah. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your input. It was our pleasure to be able to get the trailer out to you so that you could continue your trip. We know you came a long way! The AC has multiple modes. The auto feature will enable it to turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. The issue with the shower is being worked on and we hope the partial refund you received for that inconvenience helped. We thank you for bringing it to our attention and we will be sure to address your concerns about the bed as well. We always welcome any input that can ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

Very good experience. First time camping in a trailer. The owner was very helpful with showing us how everything worked and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend.
