We strive to provide an inclusive camping experience for our guests so the only thing they need to worry about is how soon to start their vacation. Easy, comfortable, clean, on-time and professional.This is my first time booking through Outdoorsy. Brenda was extremely helpful and made the whole experience easy, communication was responsive and timely. Lucy was clean and as advertised, my family of 6 slept comfortably. Andrew was early with delivery and Lucy was spotless. He was very informative at drop off and walked me through setup and everything. Everything worked as advertised and we had no issues, check-out was a breeze also. Great experience and will definately book again.

This RV is great! Brenda was so accommodating and detailed. They keep the RV very well stocked and clean. We will definitely be renting again!

Brenda is such a wonderful host!
She gave us a thorough walk through of the RV and even provided us with an extension cord that we needed last minute.
It was difficult to schedule a walk through because of my work schedule, but she very accommodating and we worked out a day.

The RV was beautiful and had everything we needed! Brenda is a great host, very responsive and does her best to be accommodating. We only had one hiccup with battery not holding a charge, however Brenda did everything she could to make it right for us. Our son had a blast for his 10th birthday and is now trying to convince us to get our own trailer!

Brenda is awesome! Very informative and I felt very prepared for hauling this trailer two hours up a mountain. Super clean and cutely decorated inside. The fees for this & that added up but she did knock something’s down for us which was nice. Communication is key and Brenda was great with that! Super flexible and worked with us arriving a little late as well. Thank you Brenda!

Everything was perfect! We did let Brenda know of a technical issue with the radio but other than that this was a memory that will follow us forever. We look forward to booking with Get Lost again!

Ended up being so expensive with add ons and then having to end up having the trailer delivered because our truck didn't have the right hook up for the lights. Maybe I am just used to higher quality older trailers but it felt so cheap. AC didn't turn off on its own so it would end up freezing. There was also a leak going on so we didn't continue to shower. The bed is also horridly uncomfortable, hard, lumpy, and not a short rv "queen"

Hi Sarah. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your input. It was our pleasure to be able to get the trailer out to you so that you could continue your trip. We know you came a long way! The AC has multiple modes. The auto feature will enable it to turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. The issue with the shower is being worked on and we hope the partial refund you received for that inconvenience helped. We thank you for bringing it to our attention and we will be sure to address your concerns about the bed as well. We always welcome any input that can ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

Very good experience. First time camping in a trailer. The owner was very helpful with showing us how everything worked and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend.
