The Good: Estee and Barry are very nice people. Estee is an amazing communicator. Her communication is why we chose to go with them. When we had questions they were available relatively soon. Mechanically the coach was sound.
the Bad. there was a lot of broken stuff like bedroom door, toilet seat, drawer in bedroom, engine compartment, fireplace, the carpet was filthy, left slide out got stuck. ABS brake light on. The Coach was filthy I had to ask them to clean all the bugs off the windshield before we left their house..
There was a surround sound system that was installed by berry. supper twitchy and hard to operate. all the speakers operate all the time. So take DVDs with you

What was sad about all of this is they live way out in the country in Longview no way for me to get a look at it before our trip. So were were stuck with it the way it was.

and lastly the gas tank was about $65 low so we got short changed on the fuel too.
Then berry tried to charge an extra $18 for over mileage when I said what about all the broken stuff hw said that they told us about all that before we took it. then come to find out we were 80 miles short of the limit.
Over all they are very nice people. the coach needs a LOT of work

I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience! Estee and her husband were so friendly and helpful. They answered ALL of our many questions. Now we feel like RV experts. We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

We had an awesome trip around Oregon with Estee‘s and Barry‘s RV. They are great communicators and everything worked well !

Very friendly people to work with; the interior was very nice and the TV and sound system were very appreciated by us. We certainly would rent from them again.
