First, we noticed when we walked in was the strong odor coming from the bathroom— almost like the toilet had never been treated. Then, when we stopped for food in route to our destination, we heard a hissing noise coming from the propane line and upon checking it, noticed that it had a leak. Once we finally got set up and ready for bed at our destination, we went to turn on the heater, only to realize that it didn’t work, which was unfortunate, because it was a 44° night. So, the next morning we had to purchase a portable heater as a remedy. The next day, we noticed that the passenger side tire was bulging around the edge of the rim, leaving us no choice but to swap it with the spare (thankfully there was a good spare). Once we started reporting to the owner our displeasure with how things were going, his communication became less and less. He didn’t apologize, but he did offer that we could return it for a refund. Unfortunately, we were 2 hours away and didn’t have any options for other accommodations.

This trailer was perfect for my family! The tow hitch he provides made it very easy to tow with our Highlander. We will definitely use this for future camping trips.

Trailer worked great. Everything was functional. Only problem was propane was not full, ran out after 24 hours.
