I was told that it was well stocked and only needed to concern myself with my own clothes, food and drink. I could not find any cleaner nor paper towel, hardly a drop of dish soap, so the first stop was the grocery store. I should not have had to wipe down the fridge, clean the toilet, nor empty coffee grounds that were left in the coffee pot the last time it was used. It was listed as pet friendly, however dog hair on the headboard and nose prints on the window should be part of a routine cleaning process. The outside storage compartment was filthy, not to mention a BBQ that looked like it was never wiped down as it was covered with grease and dust. The folding table looked the same.
There had obviously been a previous water leak, as the laminate flooring was warped closer to the cab. I did notice the petal for the toilet would occasionally stick and I had to turn the pump off so it would not keep filling and perhaps overflow. The house battery(s) seem to have a problem or are very weak, as with furnace running at a very low temperature through the night, beeping would start long before dawn indicating the battery was struggling.
This Class C was very easy to drive, handled well on the highway but there seems to be belt slipping or something going on that made it squeal at a certain RPM while accelerating. The air bag light was constantly on, but this was noted in the pre-trip and I was told that it was on order and Ok'd by Outdoorsy for the unit to go out. Overall, this unit definitely needs better mechanical up-keep and more thorough cleaning each time it is turned over to a new renter.
